Keep getting interrupted by error messages... [Pro Tools]

At first I tried to ignore them but it's pretty damn impossible when you keep getting them mid-playback or mid-recording. Sometimes I even get multiple errors in a row when pressing play.

For example: Pressing "Space" → Error: "Pro Tools ran out of CPU power. Try de-activating or removing Native plugins. (AAE -9173)" → Pressing "OK" → Pressing "Space" → Error: "Audio processing deadline was not met. This may have been caused by the following plugin: Plugin: Kontakt 7 (7.10.6) […] Try inactivating the plugin or increasing the HW buffer size. (AAE -9173)" and so on..

It does not happen all the time but it happens every session and often enough for me to get annoyed and lose interest.

• I've tried changing buffer size, doesn't help.

• My CPU is not overloaded, at the time of writing this I have: 6 tabs open in Firefox, 5 tabs open in Edge with YouTube videos, a Pro Tools session running, Spotify running, Discord running and VPN running and my CPU is at like 40-45%.

Please, how do I fix this? 😓
