when registering Maschine 3 in native access i dont have base model.

i tried using the serial number that comes with the maschine 3 software in native access in order to download the program but i get an error that says i dont have base model. i just bought the mikro mk3 and registered the hardware but cant register the software. anyone else ever have this problem?

i think best is you contact support, only they can sort it out with the maschine 2 software and maschine 3 software, and maybe you can give the purchase back, cause as PK The DJ already pointed out new maschine mk3 purchases come already with maschine 3 software - i just didn´t know how native delivers them, that´s why i don´t got this right from the start. On the bottom of this page on the right you should see a chat, just use this, if it takes too long you can close it and native reaches back to you via mail, just type something in, as detailed as possible.

Hello,

do you see at least maschine 2 software in native access, you can also check online on the "my products and serials" in your account. You need maschine 2 software as base product for maschine 3 software in this case.

do you see anything new after registering your mikro mk3? Maybe try the hardware serial again. Maybe here i can´t remember how i registered my last hardware but as far as i remember it was all within native access

Yes and normally after registering your hardware serial, the corresponding software just appears within native access. Have you checked your account online too under the "my products and serials" page, also check that you are logged in correctly with the same account.

yes ive checked that everything is correct. once i registered my hardware i purchased the maschine 3 update on the website and also the mashine 3 full version the serial shows as registered for maschine 3 bundle but maschine 3 doesnt show as registered keep getting the same error about the base model. google says i dont need maschine 2 since i bought the hardware mk3 so i should be able to jump right into 3

If you've only just bought the Mikro brand new, that will have included all required software - so why did you buy the update AND the full version?!?!

yes i bought it new. i was trying anything to make it work. it just shows as a demo i tried uninstalling and installing again but still shows as demo.

On the start page click on the little man sign on the top right then select "my products and serials" what do you see there?

it shows the serial numbers i registered. somehow maschine 3 bundle says registered but not maschine 3. hopefully native can fix this
