Wont Leave Demo Mode
I recently purchased Komplete 15 Ultimate Edition with the S49 Mk3 Keyboard, and upon downloading and installing everything through Native Access, I have noticed that every single thing is showing demo mode. When I try to open anything (standalone or daw) it asks me to activate my product aka the demo mode. It would appear that Native Access still thinks that I am trying to use the 360 Essentials subscription which is inactive since last year and everything is still showing demo instead. I thought maybe the serial code needed to be entered into Native Access again but that gives me an error saying the product isn't tied to my account or whatever. I am also noticing that Kontakt isn't picking up most of the intruments / plugins that I have installed either. I have already deleted most things and reinstalled, logged out of Native Access and logged back in, deleted the appdata folders to try and let the libraries reindex, and most of then has not worked due to Native Access thinking I don't own the product. Can someone please help me with this because spending thousands of dollars on demos was never the goal here…
Thanks in advance,
Rob

I solved this back when I initially asked it because I wasn’t getting any help unfortunately. The F: drive is an external ssd that contains all the folders for the samples and sounds. If works just fine and it’s the only thing on that drive. Also the only reason it wasn’t working was because of the weird method of forcing customers to wait for hardware so the can have a special serial code before their software works. I understand protecting your software from piracy and such but this was extreme tbh. Once the keyboard arrived everything was fine outside of the extremely odd installation process.

I may have figured this out but I wont know until Friday. I read online that if you order it with a keyboard then u need the keyboard registered before the software will work. We will see.

Downloads = F:\Downloads combined with Content = F:\
= Bad idea
I think that you are not allowed to set Download location to below the path of the Content location , it being the root the drive then I am not sure though how the software will respond .
Generally speaking though then from what I have read then the Download location should be above Content in directory tree or in another tree. And if it is not then it could possibly create installation problems.
@Jeremy_NI , could you please either confirm or reject this ?

User is obviously on WIndows.
I think I might have already answered a post of you. IIRC, at least 50% of Mac users are now using Silicon chips and there are no major issues specific to Silicon. Please contact our support if you need assistance in getting your system to work.

Putting an installation path to the root of a drive is not a good idea. You set Contetn location to the root of your F drive. That should be a folder. Please follow these steps: How to Change the Install Locations in Native Access
If that doesn't help, get in touch with support here: https://bit.ly/NI_support_NA
