completely locked out of native-instruments.com, Izotope.com, NI Access

at the end of my rope here.

My NI account login is an old email address I no longer use. I was under the impression someone at NI had updated my account to reflect the email I actually use, and the login was just a "username"

I recently formatted my mac. I logged into native access, and installed kontakt. a few days a go I installed trash2 from the izotope installer. at this time I attempted to setup the "unified" account, or whatever it is.

as a result of that action, I am now locked out of native-instruments.com, izotope.com, native access - everything. I am completely locked out of software that I OWN.

I even contacted the company I used to work for and had them reinstate the "old email address", in case there was an email sent to it that I needed to interact with to fix my account.

I have received nothing. I cant login to native access. I can't even login to support on native-instruments.com to speak with someone. when I spoke with support yesterday they told me they "could not merge my accounts" and "someone will get in touch with you via email"

no email

can't login

what the hell is this? I paid for this software.
