Komplete kontrol database missing files

When I open KK, I am unable to use multiple plugins like Hybrid Keys, Ethereal Earth etc. and a lot of loops and one-shots I previously had are nowhere to be seen. However, my plugins are available in Kontakt 8 but my loops and one-shots arent there. I've done every rescan possible, and reinstalled them but to no avail. My files are also in the correct places for a Mac. Should I just uninstall and reinstall everything?

    Have you tried the following?

Make sure to give Komplete Kontrol full disk access: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

And then Reinitialize the Komplete Kontrol Database

    1. Note: The User Library folder is hidden. See this article for instructions to access hidden macOS folders.
    2. Search through the Native Instruments folder at this location to find the Komplete Kontrol folder.
    3. Note: Deleting other NI product folders could result in unexpected behavior with other applications.
    4. Reboot your computer and reopen the Komplete Kontrol software to check that the issue has been resolved.

What is your version of Mac OS ? , and what is your version of Native Access ? and what is your version of Komplete Kontrol ? Things might possibly not work as expected with Kontakt 8 unless that you use latest versions of the Komplete Kontrol app and of Native Access app.

Also then disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

And please notice this : Clean My Mac causing a lot of issues with our products. Please read

I'm on the current versions of all apps, I did have clean my mac however, but ive just deleted it. Also, everything is saved onto my computers internal drive. I do keep my logic library on an external drive (samsung portable SSD T7). Should i uninstall and reinstall onto that?

I am sorry but I am not knowledgeable enough about Mac to be able to answer your question I will have to leave that to @Jeremy_NI , all I can do is to check for known issues and advice about that , and also pave the way to make it hopefully a lot easier for Jeremy to make his assessments, In this case then since you have used Clean My Mac and if that is the root cause for your problem then Jeremy_NI/N.I. recommend to uninstall Clean My Mac totally and reinstall the N.I. software. The details I alas have to leave to Jeremy (my apologies for my rather limited Mac knowledge).
