Purchased the wrong package

I have already created a ticket for this but it’s taking too long to get my replies and when I do they are not very explanatory especially for the issue I have.

I Purchased the s49 mk3 komplete standard package . This was a mistake.

I was suppose to purchase the s61 komplete standard package .

I have been told to refuse delivery which will refund me when it is received by the sender . However , I’m under the impression that this will only refund me for the keyboard price £507. As I would like to buy the s61 and the sale price , this is only possible by purchasing the package again. I don’t need the whole package and already have the software ready I just need the keyboard as the discount price .

Really unsure how to approach this as software is not refundable . I’m thinking about just keeping the keyboard to save hassle to he honest and the customer service has been so slow it’s taken 2 weeks just to get a reply and my package is coming tomorrow . Trying on here at it seems to be a bit quicker .

@Jeremy_NI , hopefully you are seeing this and can help or advice CallumMoir who's package is arriving tomorrow. As I understand it then CallumMoir wants to make sure that he can get a full refund (including of software) so that he can buy it all again or at least be assured that he can get the other keyboard (S61 MK3) at the sale price that he himself expects it at .(keyboard price deducted the value of the software ?)
