Purchased the wrong package

hi there

I have already created a ticket for this but it’s taking too long to get my replies and when I do they are not very explanatory especially for the issue I have.

I Purchased the s49 mk3 komplete standard package . This was a mistake.

I was suppose to purchase the s61 komplete standard package .

I have been told to refuse delivery which will refund me when it is received by the sender . However , I’m under the impression that this will only refund me for the keyboard price £507. As I would like to buy the s61 and the sale price , this is only possible by purchasing the package again. I don’t need the whole package and already have the software ready I just need the keyboard as the discount price .

Really unsure how to approach this as software is not refundable . I’m thinking about just keeping the keyboard to save hassle to he honest and the customer service has been so slow it’s taken 2 weeks just to get a reply and my package is coming tomorrow . Trying on here at it seems to be a bit quicker .
