Kontakt only opens small window

in Kontakt

This has been happening for a while. Only a tiny preliminary window opens. I have to close and choose Kontakt again, sometimes several times before the library and instruments window appears. Now it isn't appearing at all. This is all I see. There's probably something simple I'm just missing. Thanks for any help.

    Thank you for that. I have it open again. Why and how is mysterious. But it's working.

    Hello,

    can you maybe give a bit more details, what DAW do you use, have you tried kontakt stand alone and so on.

    Hi, thanks. Yes, I'm using Digital Performer 11. Kontakt is working fine as a standalone. The problem only comes up as an instrument track.

    So then if it worked before, even with close and reopen, I guess it's no rights issue. Have you tried to reinstall dp and maybe check rights for dp anyway and for all native instruments stuff.

    I only found one post about dp and a similar problem where they solved it with opening font book and enable arial but if it works stand alone I guess that can't be the problem but I will look further and hopefully someone else can also help out here, I would also ask in dp forum
