Cannot find Alicias Keys

in Kontakt

I just purchased the Alicia keys bundle with the electric keys and Alicias keys. I installed both on native instruments, I went on FL Studio and opened Kontakt however only the Electric keys are on there. Is there a reason why and anything I can do. Thanks for the help

    Hello,

    can you try to open kontakt stand alone first and see if all instruments are there.

    Hi thanks for responding. I opened Kontakt and still could not see that particular instrument. I have lofi glow, 40s keys and alicias electric keys on there as expected but it is just alicias keys not there.

    You could try that and after open kontakt stand alone first, so it can build up the database.

    Hi i can see it now thanks. I had another question in regards to both instruments in the bundles not having all of the presets. Do you know why this could be the case?
