Help with Unresponsive Key on Komplete Kontrol S61 Mk3

Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out for some advice regarding an issue I’m experiencing with my Komplete Kontrol S61 Mk3 MIDI keyboard, which I purchased in February and is still within its warranty period. The 3rd E key has stopped responding—it doesn’t transmit any output when pressed. It looks like a hardware issue rather than a software or Windows-related problem.

I’m wondering if the issue could be related to something like dust or debris beneath the key . However, it is strange that on E#3 key is not working.

Turns out the key was faulty and my device was replaced with a new one.
