I thought U could see those infos on my profile
You always have to tell the information along your question because people tend to forget to update profiles and sometimes uses more computers.
Anyway , then you still didn't tell what is your keyboard version , yes S88 , but what MK ? MK1 ? , MK2 ? MK3 ?
Also you are less than specific with more of the information "My controller failed during latest update, now its all black and the computer doesnt identify the controller" , unless of course that is very exact like display on keyboard is all black ? and it doesn't show in anyway on computer ? And if that is an exact description then that suggests some kind of hardware failure coinciding with the update.
But since you claim that the "controller failed during latest update" then let us go with the case where you are being less than exact .
If your keyboard is a S88 MK1 then updating the Komplete Kontrol app to version 3.x.x could indeed make the S88 MK1 not function with the Komplete Kontrol app. Ref. : Kontrol S-Series MK1 EOL discussion and the Komplete Kontrol 2.9.6 - Last VST2 supported version
Otherwise then please be a bit more specific as to what you mean by "now its all black and the computer doesnt identify the controller" and what is your OS version ? and what is your Komplete Kontrol version ? and what is your Native Access version ?

@Sjan I see in your NI account that this is a MK3. Is it lighting up at all when you power it up?

Well we would have to know what Software you are using (Traktor Pro 3, Traktor Pro 4, …) and what Controller you are using.

Hello gentlemen.
Thank U very much for your helpful replies.
And again: I'd like to apologize for poor info and late response.
I am new here and I didn't know any better… besides I was out on tour…
I contacted the NI support and luckily sent my keyboard to the repair departement. I should get an answer soon.
Later, Sjan
