Kontrol s49 not viewable in Windows 11

Windows 11 Pro (Version 23H2 / OS build 22631.4460) does not detect my Kontrol s49 hence none of my DAWS (Ableton, ProSonus, Cubase) can't see the s49. I tried to diagnose the problem by switch USB-C ports, and using different cable (new and old). I also reinstalled the NI Hardware Connection Service.
I went to Device Manager and under UNIVERSAL SERIAL BUS DEVICES entry, the s49 does not appear.
The I tried starting ProSonus Studio one and got the error that it couldn't detect my s49.
Help.
