Electric Mint is loading, loading, loading infinitely...

Hi,

I try to run Electric Mint session guitarist, but it is loading….. and do not work.

I restart my computer, but Electric Mint doesn't load.

What do you think ?

    Is it also in Kontakt in standalone? What version of Kontakt is it? Is this library installed in a different location than the other libraries? What's your operating system? Have you tried to uninstall/reinstall the library in Native Access?

    Yes I use Electric mint with Kontakt 7 in stand alone, (not with a DAW)

    My computer runs with Windows 10

    I have not uninstalled /reinstalled the library in Native Access.

    It works again... I just unplugged and reconnected the USB plug on my keyboard controller. But I'm not sure that's why it works again... 🤔

    If your keyboard is a S-Series MK3 then it supports a direct connection to Kontakt 7 and newer to the keyboard so any communication problems between the keyboard and Kontakt 7 might get something to stall. I am no expert so this is just a personal opinion.

    @Oceans Resurrection Do you get this with any other Kontakt library? If it's the only library then we would suggest to uninstall it and reinstall it from Native Access. If it affects more libraries, then have you tried with Kontakt 8 Player? Do you get the same behaviour? Do you use any kind of registry cleaner such as CCleaner? These apps sometimes delete essential files fro our products. Notes on Using Registry or Property List Cleaning Utilities
