Error Message: "Installation Failed" (MacOS Sonoma)

On my MacOS Sonoma 14.7, Mac Mini M2 Pro, Native Access succeeds in installing and updating all apps except the current Kontakt 7 and Komplete Kontrol. I faithfully followed the recommended steps for clearing the problem but (after rebooting) the installations failed again.

Is there some reason you don't display information about the successful resolution of individual tickets that are Closed? I see others with my issue that are Closed and would have been happy to attempt the steps that worked for them.
