Kontakt factory library update 2 does not completed

The update loaded up to 25gb. Than it stops. I can do pause. After starting it runs not more.
I have enough space on my Mac Mini M1 16gb 1tb ssd. The Internet speed is normal.

What can I do? It´s the second time I try it.

After the fourth trying it runs. I don´t no way - but it runs.
I think 29gb is a big package for my mac mini with 16gb.

Oof… I recently upgraded to Komplete 14 CE and ran into similar issues with things taking a while to download and install.

What is the maximum time you have waited for it to finish? I can remember some things taking a very long time.
