Replika XT isn't showing in NA

Replika XT isn't showing in NA, I have Replika and Replika XT update in my account, but still it's showing only regular Replika in NA. I tried to add serial from my products, NA says that you've activated it but still doesn't show in the list. When I add XT vst into daw it says that it's in demo mode, I click activate, it goes to NA and nothing happens. Could you give me any options please ? Thanks
