Secondhand Kontrol S4 MK3 without software

Hi everyone, i would like to ask if i buy the Kontrol S4 MK3 secondhand from an online store and the previous owner hasn't provided the license transfer. How am i able to download Traktor Pro? As i understood Traktor Pro should come with the controller. Or is there a way to speak to NI and they can do that? Many thanks in advance.

    If you don't have the licence transfer you'll probably need to purchase a copy of Traktor Pro. You can always contact support through the chatbot to confirm that which you can do here - https://bit.ly/n1acc
