Maschine 2 and Maschine Essentials not showing up in Native Access

I recently bought a brand new Maschine Mikro MkIII and went to set it up. I entered the serial number in Native Access and it seemed like it registered it properly as I was prompted to go to the library and download the software, however neither the Maschine 2 software nor the Maschine Essentials showed up in my library. I tried everything from restarting my computer to reinstalling Native access to entering the serial again, but nothing worked. After, I tried opening a support ticket twice with the chat bot, but I never got any confirmation email that it was created. All this has been really frustrating since, ya know, I have this several hundred dollar brick sitting on my desk that I can't use… hoping someone here can help.

Here are my specs:

  • Windows 11 Home 23H2
  • Intel Core i7 10750H
  • Native Access version 3.14.0

    Hey, I am also having the same issue!

    My friends bought me Maschine MK3 yesterday, inputted all the relevant serial number - I have similar downloadable as you but the essential software, Maschine 3 software, is missing.

    NI Please help to fix this, I am itching to get my hands on this hardware and its a shame that the software is the blocker for an expernsive rig.
