Maschine 3 update issue

I purchased the maschine 3 update last week and Native access isn't locating it. Checked my entire computer and I can't find the file. It's pretty annoying. Reached out to NI support and of course i got nothing from them. Can someone point me in the right direction please? Appreciate it.

I have the same issue. License number is accepted and it states as registered in my online account. But there's no installer located within Native Access.

Is your OS compatible with Maschine 3 ? : System requirements : macOS 13, 14, 15 (latest update) , Windows 10 (64-bit, latest Service Pack) or Windows 11 (latest Service Pack)

If the product is not compatible with your OS then it will not show in Native Access.

Also then be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS if Native Access is too old then the product might not show either.

Else then try resetting the Native Access XML file ,look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

If problem persists then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .
