Komplete Kontrol KB compatability

in Komplete Kontrol

The light guide on my 1st generation S88 no longer works. I am assuming this is a compatibility issue with my mac software and M1 processor. Which generation of the Kontrol KB series will work with functioning light guide using M1?

    Thank you. It was the software version I was using. It is not comparable with the MK1 so I did downgrade if you will to the 2.9 and it worked. Then I decided to hell with that and bought an MK3 S61 :) and I love it!

    Unless you have a complete hardware failure it is rare to have the Light Guide suddenly fail.

    What exactly are you doing to come to the conclusion that Light Guide is not working?

    You will only ever see Light Guide using NKS supported instruments within Komplete Kontrol v2.9.6 specifically

    If you are attempting to use Komplete Kontrol v3 with your MK1 keyboard - that is unsupported. And possibly a reason why you believe light guide is failing.
