Komplete Kontrol M32 from 3rd party

hello guys can someone help me out? I bought komplete Kontrol M32 from 3rd party, but to way to hold the first user, it show all function in my Mac but the key board can not play, I contacted native instrument support but they can not help, can someone tell me what to do to be able to use it? thank in advance

    what do you mean with "but to way to hold the first user"

    it is a second hand M32?

    doesn't play any MIDI in your DAW?

    thanks for your care, I bought second hand , the guy I bought from bought it from someone else but he used it as just keyboard, he don't even know about native instrument, now he can not get in touch from where he bought it because is internet market and longtime now, I plug it in my computer it displayed but it can not play as midi daw, I contacted native instrument support, they are asking for license transfer but they activate the software for me and no way to get license transfer from the rightful owner, please if there will be something you know I can do please help thanks in advance, Julius

    oh wow, yes to find the serial number will be hard I think, but I am surprised that doesn't work as normal keyboard, I think the serial number is just to download the free software, but maybe I am wrong.

    sorry, I would just wait and see what the customer supports says, I am just a user like you, so I don't know how to solve issues like this.

    it works just like normal keyboard but I want to use it as native instrument to support Maschine 2 that I have, thanks guy

    If you haven't received a Transfer ID, because you have no contact with the previous owner, please read this article.

    You can find the Hardware Serial Number and Device ID printed on the underside of your device. You need to send them to NI Support in order to help you (make a photo).
