Why Can I longer play sounds from my Komplete Kontrol S49 keyboard in Maschine 3.0?

my device connects to Maschine 3.0 just fine however when hit a note on the keyboard it does not output any sound.

I've reloaded Maschine 2 and it seems to work just fine.

I have the latest firmware. 0.5.9

I have granted Maschine 3.0 full disk access

I am updated to the latest version of Komplete Kontrol.

please advise.

What's your operating system?

In Maschine 3, is the S49mk2 is chosen as a MIDI input here?

Is it a MK1, MK2, MK3? What's your operating system?

If it's a MK1, then it's not supported in Maschine 3.
