Light Guide, pitch Bend and Wheels lighting doesn't work!

Hello everybody, since the last 2 firmware updates, just the lights in the center and the display works. Is there a solution to fix this problem? I didn't find any other post with this issue. I work with Mac Sonoma 14.5, S88 MK3, Maschine Plus, Presonus StudioLive 32S, and Studio One 7.

You're going to have to be more specific. Describe what happens when you load an Instrument library in Komplete Kontrol when attached to the keyboard. You might be better off watching some of the instructional videos about the S88 MK3 and following those examples to see what (if anything) isn't working.

Have you tried to open Komplete Kontrol in standalone? Have you selected the keyboard as a MIDI input?

Press your SETTINGS button until you see the hardware setup screen.

I'd imagine that you accidentaly have LEDS - Brightness turned down to 0, and possibly Light Guide set to Off.

Turn the brightness up, and make sure Light Guide is ON.

    Thank you for help!

The Brightness Is still set to 100 and the light Guide is turned on.
The Light Guide doesn't start. The S88 is working fine. But with no LED.

After the problem comes up, I tried also just with a USB-C power supply how the S88 will start.
While the starting process, it usually shows all the LED as a routine. But mine not since the last two updates. I think the mistake was, to leave the Maschine plus and the Presonus-Studiolive 32s plugged in, while the update process. I simply forgot it. Is it possible to repeat the firmware-update process without a newer version? Or must I wait till the next update is coming up, to try with unplugged other usb-ports?

There's no way to update the firmware if it has been updated already. Could you give this a try?

    1. Disconnect the keyboard or power it off.
    2. Start Finder and open Applications > Utilities > Audio MIDI Setup.
    3. In the top menu bar, select Window > Show MIDI Studio.
    4. Select the Kontrol S MK3 and click the "-" button (or press the del key on your computer keyboard).
    5. Turn your keyboard back on.

Do you have the lightguide back? If now I'll contact you by email, we'll need to have a deeper look in this issue.
