I purchased the bundle with the maschine 3 update but only the maschine 3 does not show up in native access please help
Hey everyone, a few things because there could be several reasons for the Maschine 3 software not to show.

I'm running MacOS 14. Native Access shows both 3.0 and Central as demos.
It also seems that Maschine Plus owners can't register the Maschine 3 update, we're investigating the issue.
i hope thats not the issue. so if it is can we get refunded?
What's your operating system? Yes, if you bought an icompatible update you'll be refunded.
There was also an issue with Maschine Plus not qualifying for the Maschine 3 update. This should have been fixed now. Can you open Native Access, refresh and try again?
yeah it’s Mac OS 12.7.6 is it possible to just get the refund for the maschine 3 keep the rest of the stuff in the bundle that I paid for?
Sure, I mean you should get a refund for the bundle and just buy the Maschine Central. THis you can clarify with my clleagues to see what makes the most sense.
Maschine Central not available for download since purchased yesterday (a few attempts). I have added the serial number in NA but no change. macOS 14.7 on MBP M1

Hi @Jeremy_NI, I bought the MK3 few days ago, and I have the same problem, I did not get the Maschine V3, and it not on my Native Access. I have messaged support, opened a ticket, sent my proof of purchase from my UK NI authorised retailer, and my retailer's Rep even messaged themselves the support team with my ticket number. I have not heard back, how can I get this resolved please?
