Freezing issues

I'm having problems with my screen freezing and my KK MK3 not connecting to my plugins

Now I'm trying to update the firmware, it gives me an error.

So now I'm stuck I can't make it do anything.

Anyone Help.

    Have you also updated the Hardware Connection Service?
