Native Access : Serial Number for Spitfire already used

Hello everyone,
I've been trying for a few days to install my Spitfire suite via Native Access, but it's impossible.
For Spitfire Masse, Srings, Woodwinds and Brass, Access tells me that the serial numbers are already in use.
This Suite had been “lent” more than a year ago to a sound engineer with whom I no longer have any contact. He may not have completely uninstalled Spitfire from Access.
I've been trying to contact NI support since the day before yesterday, but I've heard nothing from them.
What's the quickest way to get NI to “release” these serial numbers so that I can use Spitfire?
I have all the proof of purchase to prove that I bought this suite.
