my Kontrol S49 keyboard doesn't show the browser button anymore in my DAW - it's greyed out!

SInce the latest update (firmware + komplete kontrol update), my Kontrol S49 MK3 keyboard only lights up the DAW button in my DAW (Studio One 6). The other two buttons are greyed out and are not accessible, so I can't control my software komplete kontrol from the keyboard anymore… if I open komplete kontrol standalone, the browser button is still there and works as it should be… nothing has changed in the settings of my DAW. I'm on windows 10 pro 64bit. anyone can help? I've already deinstalled komplete kontrol and redid all the steps without success…

    @Bob Flaps There was just an update for both the Hardware Connection Service and the firmware updater. Please install the Hardware Connection Service update in Native Access, then connect the Kontrol Mk3 and install the latest firmware:

    yes, the problem is solvedI Although I already was on the latest hardware connection service software update and the firmware was also the latest one! I turned off the keyboard and reinstalled the hardware connection service and now it runs again as supposed, thanks!
