Traktor Pro3 & Kontrol S4 MK3 vs OBS or Stremlab: External routing problem

Bonjour,
Je joue depuis peu avec TRAKTOR PRO3 & KONTROL S4mk3 en passant sur une plateforme pour le "Live"... Avec ce nouveau contrôleur mon setup est simple : TraKtor Pro 3 via Kontrol S4 Mk3 + carte son Scarlett 2i2... Via OBS (Obs ou streamlab: même problème)
mon routage interne fonctionne sauf que je ne peux pas inclure de source externe dans mon SETUP (type : Micro ou Platine Phono ou CDJ…) et pouvoir profiter de mes 4 pistes!
En configuration ASIO et sans encodage StreamLab & OBS cela ne pose aucun problème ; Mais dès que je passe sur StreamLab ou OBS seul l'encodage WDM est supporté (?!) et mes sources externes ne sont plus routées et donc "NON CONNECTEES"
Comment "routing" les sources externes en passant par le Kontrol S4 mk3 sur Streamlab & OBS tout en jouant sur TRAKTOR ?

I finally found the solution and I realize that it makes so much sense. But it's not easy when you're an amateur and everyone has their own set up... by choosing an Asio input capture source rather than Audio input & the Focurist Usb Audio for Audio Out (obs)... and by staying on the Asio that Traktor offers, (S4 Asio mk3) it works very well. good 👌 thanks & see u maybee on my twitch musicAirline

I've been playing with TRAKTOR PRO3 & KONTROL S4mk3 for a while now, switching to a live platform... With this new controller my setup is simple: TraKtor Pro 3 via Kontrol S4 Mk3 + Scarlett 2i2 sound card... Via OBS (Obs or streamlab: same problem)
my internal routing works except that I can't include an external source in my SETUP (type: Microphone or Phono or CDJ...) and enjoy my 4 tracks!
In ASIO configuration and without StreamLab & OBS encoding this poses no problem; but as soon as I switch to StreamLab or OBS only WDM encoding is supported (?!) and my external sources are no longer routed and therefore ‘NOT CONNECTED’.
How can I ‘route’ the external sources using the Kontrol S4 mk3 on Streamlab & OBS while playing on TRAKTOR?

My configuration setup Audio:

From Traktor main out to Scarlett 2i2 IN (L+R) / from Booth out to amp
+digital: sacrlett 2i2 usb to PC laptop usb …
For routing configuration & Traktor Pro 3 settings
AUDIO TAB SET UP: Traktor S4 mk3 WDM audio (SHARED MODE)..(when i put S4 mk3 Asio: i have my audio Cue listenning in my mix).. / Built in sound card: Scarlett 2i2 (SHARED MODE)
OUTPUT ROUTING tab: "INTERNAL mixing mode" > output monitor: Headphone L+R / Output Master: Main/Booth L+Right
INPOUT ROUTING TAB: All is In "Not connected"

You need to setup obs to use the scarlet audio device. That way it only captures master.

i can play with my Controller vs Scarlett 2i2 on Obs but only internal audio line .. and impossible to play some vinyl or microphone or others external audio !!???

i have all of the updates ok… i have my controller going on Usb on my desktop & the Audio from master out controller to my "IN" sound card 2i2(line)… (nothing from the OUT of the soundcard)…. & Booth of my controller in my speakers…

anyway, my problem is the Obs suggere me for the routing output/input: "traktor S4 WDM audio" (only that, make sound is coming out for my live stream) but with that, impossible to have some other line input from my controller…

On my controller i have some other choices like Asio or some others solution… and when i make Asio "Traktor S4 mk3 Asio" (for ex) i have all of my setup OK on speakers ..but nothing on OBS

The s4 should not be added at all to OBS. Only the scarlet.

I would use ASIO driver, yes. But I don't think you have to.

But it's also hard to understand you, maybe you should draw an image.

But why select the s4? That should be the focusrite, no? You want to record the sound coming out of the s4 that goes INTO the focusrite.

If I understood you right, the s4 should not be part of your OBS setting at all.

I admit that at the beginning I did this instinctively and as was suggested on the network.. I become dislexic between the inputs and outputs of each module😊

Not really. I used the s4 mk3 with OBS just fine. And I used the official Native Instruments S4 asio drivers in Traktor.

I don't know why you now introduce Asio link pro, what is that for?
