Problem download library to maschine+

I'm having big problems downloading additional library elements to the machine plus. The following error message keeps appearing "an unexpected error occurred".

I formatted the SD card, reset the machine. But none of that helped. I originally bought the Maschinen+ to avoid exact this problems that I had previously only experienced with laptops or PCs.

Apparently the problem is not new, as I have already read some interesting articles about it in the forums.

Unfortunately, I have never found a definitive solution in the forums. I sincerely hope that someone can help me here

What do you mean when you say elements? As far as I know the only thing you can download is the expansions and update what comes installed on Maschine +.

I mean the expansions as you can see on the picture.
