Unable to load Kontakt 8 after my Computer crashed and restarted

Hi everyone,

My Kontakt 8 is totally dead and I can't load it even in standalone.

It worked perfectly but after restarting my computer when it crashed, Kontakt 8 is not working at all.

My libraries are on the external hard-drive which was unmounted for a while, but now it's mounted back.

Have you got any experience with this please?
