Komplete 14 to 15 problem

I'm hoping an NI person will see this and advise me. Tried to do an update to Komplete 15. Using Safari on a Mac. It froze after I pressed "credit card" and never actually took my credit card info. So, I stupidly tried to reload the browser, and now the system thinks I completed my order but says "payment pending." I don't see any way to cancel my order, and I'm not sure if I should try ordering again, b/c I don't want to end up being charged twice.
