[DUPLICATE][CLOSED] subscription

I’d like to keep my Plus subscription and cancel my Essential subscription. Additionally, I’d like to request a refund for the cancellation of my Essential subscription. Could you please help me with this change and let me know the steps required?

    I’ve been reaching out over the past two days regarding my subscription issue, but I haven’t received a response yet. I’d like to keep my Plus subscription, cancel my Essential subscription, and request a refund for the Essential subscription cancellation.

    Could you please provide an update on this request or let me know if any further information is needed from my side? I would really appreciate any assistance you can provide, as I’d like to resolve this as soon as possible
