Recently updated to Kontakt 8 and certain instruments will not load in Reason 12.7

Recently updated to Kontakt 8 and certain instruments will not load in Reason 12.7, please can someone help. Thank you

    Sure we can help! What's your operating system? What instruments load? Which ones don't? If you open Kontakt 8 in standalone can you load all the instruments?

    Hi thanks you for reply, I'm using windows 11, I haven't tried them all but piano colours and electric blue are not loading, electric blue will load in standalone but not my daw, reason 12.7, piano colours will load in standalone but I cannot use it, all the test is muddled together. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but the same issue occurs. Thank you

    Every other instrument loads in my daw without any issues.

    In Kontakt in standalone make sure that you select an ASIO driver as output.

    Do you still the graphics normally after that?

    What happens when the libraries are not loading in Kontakt in Reason? Do you get an error message?

    If you click on the NI logo in Kontakt when in Reason, what version does it show? Is it the same version as in standalone?
