Impossible to load instruments on Komplete Kontrol

Hello,

I have a problem with Komplete Kontrol (Standalone or on Cubase pro13 MacOs).

It's impossible to load any instruments except Massive and battery 4. When I want to load for exemple Choirs Omnia, it loads Massive.

And on the right panel you still have only 18 presets displayed whatever the plugin on hover on komplete kontrol. I tried to reinstall komplete kontrol, tried to delete preferences, rescan instruments, my s49 MK2 firmware is up to date, My kontakt 8 player and previous versions are up to date.

When on cubase I open kontakt (any versions) it loads all plugins I want, no issue. But I want to use the scale features on my keyboard, so I need to use Komplete Kontrol for that :(

I have the full Komplete 14.

If you have any ideas.

When i select Arkhis for example, on the right it's not its banks

The same here with Omnia:

And if you select directly the instrument, it's Massive that is loaded

Wow. yes. This appears to be one that is beyond my knowledge and looks like something a bit deeper technically. Clearly something is not installed correctly.

Suggest you connect with NI Support on this one.

Ok now I have the same issue with Kontakt 7 and 8 also (version before are ok)

I’ve never seen a problem like this but it may be you need to reset the KK database as it looks like it is incomplete or corrupted

Follow the reset instructions here except do not delete favortes.db is this is bad advice in most cases and really should be done as a routine procedure - the database rebuilds itself- favorites does not
