on some instruments I don't have a preview

I moved the library to an external drive

Please help me

    yes my OS is Apple Mac OS last version.

    I resolve my problem. I download a preview libraries for komplete kontrol. I put it on my external drive and it works now. On Kontakt 8 and on complete control. Thank you. The preview is ok.

    Do you mean the preview samples? How did you move the libraries exactly? How do they show in Native Access? Are you able to load these libraries? What's your operating system?
