infinite number of reasons, starting with the fact that K8 is not supported under Sequoia yet.

Have you tried to use plugin manager and manually rescan specific plugins? Sometimes it helps.

Well, if it is not supported under Sequoia yet, that's obviously the reason. Trying to rescan/validate maually doesn't change a thing.
