Looploft downloads

in Native Access

I am trying to recover some downloads I bought from the looploft a couple of years ago. No sign of anything about loop loft on the website. Can't get through to support because they are asking for serial numbers which I don't have. Any advice on how to get access to my downloads appreciated.

    Hello again Matt73, yes, so as the looploft is discontinued, this can be the reason why you can't see them anymore, so I assume, this will not be possible to download them using the Native Access.

    However, I will ask it to our team again, in case we can help you further about that and will let you know about that. But, please keep in mind, that it is not promised to send you a workaround if these products are fully stopped.

    Hello Matt73, do you see your products in your Native Access? If so, can you please send us a screenshot of your Native Access, so we can understand the issue easier to help you to solve that as soon as possible.

    Hello. No, I have no products in Native Access. I used to be able to get the downloads by logging in to thelooploft.com which had been bought by native instruments but now visiting that website just takes me to the native instruments website. No sign of any looploft content there.

    The guy behind the loop loft (Ryan Gruss) is now running Yurt Rock.

    Yeah I wrote to them and they said they couldn't help as native instruments now own the looploft products..which seem to have been scrapped.

    Yeah alright, well it's not the end of the world. They weren't that great which is why I guess NI discontinued them
