Did not receive Brainworkx or Unfiltered Audio Plugins with Komplete Collectors's Edition 15

I am not sure what the issue is but the NI website says several Brainworkx as well as LO-FI-AF from Unfiltered Audio is included with Komplete Collector's Edition 15, however it is not listed in Native Access. A separate forum post I saw says it is included in an email after purchase but when I looked I have nothing except an email stating I can download everything via Native Access. I tried submitting a help ticket but it redirects to the FAQs page. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it. Thanks.

It will never be listet in NI access. You always have to download them on Plugin alliance. Here is the official help page: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/6539155029917-How-to-Install-Komplete-s-Plugin-Alliance-Products

The serial for the additional plugins is in the mail after registration of NI Komplete. The reference is "your additional Komplete products" or in Germany "Deine zusätzlichen Komplete-Produkte".
