How can I restart Maschine MK3 so it will load the presets?

For some reason Maschine MK3 will not load and play any of the presets. It hasn't crashed or anything and I'm getting no error messages. It does let me pre hear the presets but it will not load them and play them. So I can't edit or use the software.

So when you cycle through the presets it plays the preview? But when you press the button to load it it doesnt do anything? Was it working previously has anything changed? As its a controller for the software are you able to load the preset in the software?

The presets do play in preview, but none of them will load. I've tried it in standalone mode and in Logic Pro 11. I've had it for about three months and it has been working fine. It hasn't been dropped or damaged in any way.

And are you able to load an instrument or kit without the controller, on the software only (on the computer screen)? What happens exactly once you clicked?

I did try giving Full Disk Access with no success. Now my play button will not light up. But the previews are still playing though some of them are cut short. I cannot understand why it has stopped working properly. My computer is up to date and I haven't changed the operating system.

Are you able to load an instrument or kit without the controller, on the software only?

Can you try these steps? (even though there's no crash but it resets everything to default): Maschine Crashes or Freezes

If that doesn't help, could you make a short video showing what happens exactly and post it here?
