Deleting NI software from imac, then reinstall from my NI acct, is it possible? would I lose my legacy software?

    You are allowed to have the software installed on more than one computer (up to three) provided that you only use it on one computer at a time and only one computer regularly.

    As for legacy software then you do not specify. N.I. provides some legacy downloads but while it does not happen every day then N.I. also ends support for products in-between , a while back N.I. ended support for Mac OS 11 , and as of I think late January 2025 then N.I. ends support for Native Access 1 which is used to install some software. If you have something legacy then the best way to keep it is to keep the installation via backup of your computer (Time Machine apparently not good enough)(?)

    Other than that then please be more specific with details so that the Mac experts (which I am not) may try to assist you better than I.
