My sustain pedel is controlling the color and not the sustain how can i fix that?

That typically means, the keyboard translates the sustain pedal to the wrong MIDI CC (ControlChange) number. Depending on the model of Komplete Kontrol you have, there should be a way to configure the settings for the Sustain pedal (either on the hardware itself or via software), so that it sends CC number 64 messages.
