You need to be a lot more specific than "Doesn't respond at all" , which doesn't sound good I must admit. Also you need to specify exact model.

However if the keyboard Doesn't respond at all then my advice is for you to contact N.I. Komplete Kontrol Support for diagnostics or contact N.I. Hardware Support .

@rearicktribe Have you also updated the Hardware Connection Service in Native Access? To Komplete Kontrol 3.3.3? Kontakt 7.10.6?
