How do I fix this error message issue?

Hello, I just recently purchased a KONTROL S61 mk3. I have it connected to my MAC M1 Max, opened Native Access, and attempted to enter the serial numbers and I keep getting an error message. I've attached a screen shot of the message. Any help would be appreciated, Thank you!

    Maybe not that wise to show your S/N in a public space… Please remove it ASAP.

    Click on the blue "guide" link in that modal. Contacting NI's account support is also an option:

    I'm guessing a moderator will have to remove it. I've been working on this issue for hours now…so frustrating

    I am also getting an error trying to register my brand new MK3, I gotta say this is kind of a mess, and being told to 'wait for support' and not having any sort of idea of just when that will be, is starting to make me regret purchasing this thing. :(
