Losing Pathways
All, I am using the newest version of Ableton Live and Run MAC OS 13.3.1. It seems every time I open a project, the same libraries, that are in the same location, that are on the same external SSD disappear. Ironically, it just starting happening after the release of Kontakt 8. Anyways, what is it that's going on here? Everything in Native Access is up to date. Thank you in advance.

How do you witness these libraries "disappearing"? Which libraries or instruments specifically?
What version of Kontakt were you using in these projects?

Thanks for reaching out! The libraries do not disappear at all. Maybe some confusion on how I wrote the initial inquiry. I get the "One or more instances of Kontakt can not be loaded…… missing sample content". I can assure you they remain on my T7 SSD. As I said I do not move them around. I actually store about 2TB worth of other Kontakt libraries on the same T7. I am using the latest and greatest version of Kontakt 7. All updates through Native Access are installed. Come to think of it now, it seems to be triggered by 8DIO products. I had a similar issue with Spitfire Audio sample libraries. The Support Team reached out and had me delete a file from the /volumes on my MacBook. Zero issues after I deleted the file.

I was speaking to someone at Native Instruments. My reply most have slipped through the cracks. It's been a few days now.

Well I see that you contacted our support already about this. Since you're in contact with a specialist I'd recommend getting back to him by email.
