How can I send track data (cue points) through midi out, after loading a track?

Hello all,

I am looking to sync my custom controller to Traktor Pro 3. What I am trying to do is; if a track has for example 3 cue points, I then load the track and I want Traktor to send what those cue points are to my MIDI controller so that I can have the corresponding LED's light up.

Doe anyone know if this is possible? And if so, any pointers as to how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.
