How to “de-register” a returned keyboard?

I recently purchased an M32 and registered it. (I already own K14U so I wasn’t interested in the software bundle.). However, I ended up returning the M32 to the store and need to deregister the unit from my list of NI Products. I’ve tried opening a support ticket but the automated system apparently doesn’t know how to open tickets for anything other than license transfers. Am I missing something? Has anyone else successfully done this?

Just to close the loop on this…. Per @Jeremy_NI’s guidance, I opened a ticket and within a couple of hours, heard back from Gabriel at NI support and they’ve unregistered the serial number for the M32 and the software bundle. I checked and confirmed it’s no longer showing up in my list of owned NI products.

I don't know of any way to deregister a product you don't have/want anymore. @Jeremy_NI any suggestions ?

As always, thanks @Jeremy_NI ! Not sure how I missed that page when I was looking through the support options but I just submitted a ticket per your guidance.

    Cheers!
