Kontakt 7 keeps crashing after loading a sample file.

I just got hold of a few 3rd party sample files called 'Space Age Voices', and 'Anthem Choir 2', they don't have libraries, but I use the file browser to copy the .nki files into the quick loader', and there I can load them, but as soon as the loading bar stops, kontakt immediately closes, other samples that I have loaded that do have libraries work perfectly, but not 3rd party files with the .nki extension, there wasn't even any error, and I'm not sure if kontakt uses the system error logs, or it has it's own.

    Where are these files coming from? Do you have a link to share? What are the system requirements?

    A friend of mine who is also in the music industry, sent me them, as they were from a site that makes free sample files for kontakt, basic as they may be, they work on his studio computer, but for some reason don't work on mine, I asked him if he had any requirements for the samples and all he said was they should work on kontakt 6 and 7 as long as the system memory is 12GB or more. well, my system has 16GB and kontak 7, but when I asked him for the link to that site, and when I saw what the link was, I immediately dumped the samples he gave me, he got them from a site that (should I say "changes the plugins") and distributes them via ******, so please ignore or delete this entire post as those samples came from a not so kosher site, and I didn't realize at the time of posting the question, I won't post the link as it's contents would be considered piracy.

    Sorry for any inconvenience to anyone that this post may have caused, and at the time of writing this reply, I have since dumped those samples.

    Just for the record, 'Space Age Voices', and 'Anthem Choir 2' are not free libraries but paid ones. :-)
