Kontakt 8 support
H I pre-ordered Komplete 15, every thing works ok except Kontakt 8 and I feel I have to criticise the response from tek support. Its been over a week now and I have had 1 email with subjections which I have carried out but that did not work, It appears that the instrument database is corrupt. K6,7 and KK all work fine. but how long is reasonable between emails , I understand there will be teething problems but its a shame on NI that they do not have the resource to help Loyal customers, there is also no way to complain exept through this foum, the London phone No is constantly engaged there is no email address for complaints and the shop links keep taking you back to the sales pages, so in frustration will sombody from N.I. read this and get back to me with a solution
