Conflux PDF manual

If I try to download the Conflux PDF manual on this page (below) I get a 404 error message.

I can read the online version fine, but would like the PDF. That way, I'll always be able to fins it. Does anyone have a link to the download that works please?

Apparently, the link has a "%20" (percent-encoding for a space) in it.
