So the import and export functions (along with delete) don't even show up on my keyboard screen when trying to load midi templates. Anyone have any idea why?

    Hello,

have you tried shift + browser?

Yes, of course I have. If I run it through Komplete Kontrol, they do show up. Still won't load anything, though. That's ok - I'm used to NI products not working as advertised.

you mean MK3 not S3, i guess and on my mk3 it always works, have you made the latest firmware update?

So if you turn the keyboard on, with no kk or kontakt open you see a midi template, you then press and hold shift then browser - and nothing happens?

What happens is the midi template screen comes up, but it doesn't have the import, export, or delete function listed. You can't access those functions. If I load Komplete Kontrol or even Kontakt 7, then those controls do come up, but they won't load anything.

Wow that's very strange - I tested it on my MK3 keyboard and it worked like it should - then I have no idea what's going on with yours

Import/export options won't show up on the controller if it's not connected to the computer or if the latest version of NI Hardware Connection Service is not installed or running properly. Check Native Access, make sure you have the latest, think it's 1.84. If so try a reinstall of the hardware connection service.
