Can't Access Software

So I recently purchased a used version of the Maschine Mikro MK2, and it comes with an installation disk to install all of the software. The problem is, I don't have a disk drive on my computer, which is fine, I thought I could just download it from the website. So I downloaded Native Access and entered the serial number, but it said it was already used, and I don't know why I didn't already expect that, because it is a used product. But now, I can't use my product because I don't know where to find the software. If anybody has a solution, please help!
